The Ins And Outs of How We Do Business

  • How soon must I cancel my appoinment?
    You must cancel your appointment within 24 hours of your scheduled appointment date and time.
  • Do I need to bring any accessories?
    No. Not unless you have some specific problem realted to accessories, you must bring that accessories. If you Have Charging Issue, Headphone issue, You must bring the Charger or Headset based on your complaint
  • What Will Happen to my device data?
    In most of the cases your device will not affect. In some cases we may not retrive the device data. But we always suggust you to backup the data frequently.
  • What should i do if my Phone dropped into water?
    We strongly recommand you, Don't Try to charge the device if it's not power on. Even if your phone works well, Kindly bring your device for Inspection. Bring your device as ealry as possible.
  • Will you return our old spare parts?
    No, We wont return the old spare parts.

Payments Accepted

We Accept Cash, Card, GPay, UPI, Bank Transfer.

Refund Policy

Refund policy Applicable only when the product is defective and it should report within 24 Hrs of Delivery.

Warranty Policy

3 Months Warranty Applicable to all the Services Except some LCDs. We can claim the warranty only for Manufacturing defect. Physical Damage, Water Damage, Cosmetic Damage will not cover under Warranty Policy.
